Aryan is a fully licensed builder with over 20 years of experience in the industry. He is a member of the Greater Vancouver Home Builders Association and in excellent standing with BC Housing/Home Owners Protection Office (HPO). Aryan has been insured through National Home Warranty since 2005 and prides himself on never having even as much as a complaint. He is constantly upgrading his knowledge base and seeking out new and innovative technologies in building science. Prior to establishing Neopacific Development Inc. Aryan was President and Director of Niik Developments Ltd. Niik Developments has built a number of exceptional homes on the North Shore over the years.
